Plying done right   2 comments

About a month ago, while reading one of the books on spinning that I have, I came to the realization that I’ve been plying my yarns incorrectly all this time. I did not realize that I had to have the wheel go in the opposite direction. Who knew? Not I, that’s for sure. So with help from a DVD and from watching one of the vendors at Rhinebeck ply, here’s my first real first skein of hand spun yarn plied right 🙂

The fiber is from the August Spin A Long from CJ Kopec and the colorway is Prairie Wind.

There you have it!!!!

Have a great night everyone and Happy Knitting and Spinning 🙂
