I have a finished object. 🙂

These are the Garden Path Socks by Wendy D. Johnson
I used Dream In Color Smooshy in the Visual Purple colorway on (2) US 2 circular needles.

So, what did I accomplish today?:

1. Put laundry away
2. Shred the bills and other sensitive documents that I just can’t trash
3. Move and organize the furniture in the living room
4. Do the dishes
5. Move the water into the kitchen from the living room
6. ‘spring clean’ the clothes in the closet (in other words, get rid of stuff I no longer want or wear)
I didn’t complete all I wanted, but I made a good dent.

I’ve been asked a few times, so I thought I’d answer here. Why do I have to move water from the living room into the kitchen. This picture should explain all:

We’ve had beautiful weather this weekend and it certainly made it easier to clean. It’s now raining and I expect that to continue through the night.

I have plans to start a new pair of socks this evening out of Yarn Love Juliet in the Sweet Sheri colorway. The second I received this, I knew it had to be knit up pronto. So it’s wound and I will split in half and cast on. I’ll show more on Monday.

Well, that’s about it for this Sunday. Have a great night everyone and Happy Knitting.
