Rain Rain Go Away   Leave a comment

I’ve had enough rain already!!! I’m sure we all have.

Two things the rain is good for:

  1. Curling up with your man on the couch and watching a good movie (or not)
  2. Curling up on the couch and knitting the afternoon away

And since I don’t at the moment have #1, #2 it is.

The subway project is coming along. I should be done with the first leg warmer within a week or so.

I started working on a patchwork afghan this evening. I want to make this for my grandmother for her birthday. I’ve got plenty of time as it’s not until the end of January. Maybe I’ll get it done in time for Hanukkah. Should be an easy knit as it’s all garter stitch, 44 rows of each color in 7 colors and 7 strips.

Of course, I’ll post as things progress.

Right now the rain continues, and I’m going to go curl up on that couch and knit til bedtime.

Happy Knitting
